Pie was done in a convection oven. It's a perfect cooking sumbeach.

Turkey was cooked on the barrel smoker charcoal, pecan and cherry woods. I did finish her off on the weber....

Olive oil and Rudy's rub

In the Egg at 7:30 at 325*

Brined and rubbed with butter and wright's pecan bacon grease from this am. Fire is ready.

Mine was a bit overdone and the Garlic Injection was too strong.

I usually use Cajun butter. Wish I had. This stuff was too strong.
