Turkey number one for the season. Kept it simple with compound garlic butter under the skin, salt and pepper and Tony chachere’s.

Thanksgiving fell on my daughter’s birthday this year so she got to choose what we ate so instead of the traditional thanksgiving dinner we had bacon cheeseburgers and crinkle cut French fries. Happy Turkey…um…Bacon Cheeseburger Day

Broke down a 21 pound Angus Chuck Roll today. Yielded 3 large roasts, 4 chuck eye(delmontico) steaks, a good sized sierra steak, 7 Denver steaks and a bunch of stew meat. Put all cuts in vacuum sealed bags aside from the Denver’s. Went ahead and seasoned them up with salt, pepper and garlic and will be throwing them on the grill later tonight.
