Located above and outboard of the starter, I have a stray White wire w/ Black tracer. It is bundled with the oil temperature wire and two others going to the charcoal canister (for a valve?).

I think the WB wire is associated with the Seat Belt Warning but not sure how it was routed or where connected? Can someone with a stock FJ send a photo showing where and how it connects to ??

Ill keep investigating but any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Sam

I have a white/black wire coming off my starter solenoid (which I don't use). Wasn't there some sort of electrical bypass that went past the ballast resistor to give something a full 12v. when starting the engine?

That’s interesting, i always thought the wire from the starter to the coil was yellow?

I think the blk yellow wire is ING. The blk white stripe wire comes off the starter and bypasses the ballast for a full 12 volts to the coil.
