I gave a 65 FJ40 with a heater blower. Anyone have photos on how the cable attaches to the box?

Hi folks,
I have a 65 FJ 40 with no heater. I have this valve and attached hoses. Can anyone identify and explain how this works.
I want to instal a heater and assume this valve and hoses will be part of the project.
