Guys. It happened. I finally received the full mounting kit from Revtec.

Your results may vary, but I now have the bumper and all the goodies to mount it this weekend for the price listed in the first post.

Maybe don't go this route if you're in a hurry.
Nice, mine came in with no mounting kit. Will try the avenues mentioned above.

With the 10% sale I think we are ahead of the game money wise, unless I can't do math which is always possible.

I'm glad you guys are still coming out ahead, it makes Zero sense why they would sell a bumper with no mounting kit. The ARB mounting is sortof their secret sauce, their mounts are quite complex and have passed very rigorous testing standards to make them road legal in the US and AUS

best of luck! I just went the route of contacting them with "hey this didn't come with any way to mount it" and see what they say. I agree that even if you need to buy the mounting kit it's still a small discount on something that traditionally never goes on sale.

Totally agree. I don't understand if this is a way for them to make more money on the total package? Or ship it easier from different locations? Or is there some large demand for people buying a used bumper and just wanting the mounting kit? Very odd.

My suspicion is some bumpers fit more than one vehicle. I once helped a guy wanting into install a 100 series bumper on his Tahoe. Except for the bar work, it adapted easilyy.

innnteresting. Could also be that the bumper and mounting kit are made in different countries.

True... or even just a different engine option requires different mounts (intercooler, A/C lines, etc.)

I received my bumper, no mounting kit, they wanted to charge me to buy one through them or get a refund with a restock fee. I ordered a mounting kit through 4wheelparts, should be here today. Revtech will not be getting my business anymore.

Did you order front or rear bumper ?

forgot to add my installed bumper pics to this thread. The whole process took a while but I still saved quite a bit over what I've paid in the past for an ARB bar!

Daaaaaaaan boi. Looking good . I’m finishing up my rear bumper this weekend ; I’m sure I’m going to have extra bolts left 👀

Interesting to see what people end up paying after purchasing the mounting kit. I bought my ARB front bumper from OK4WD in 2023 and it was $1,584.00 + $100 shipping. No tax through them

Sorry if I already asked. Can you give me wheel and tire specs I can see those are the fifteen52's but are they the 0 or +25?

Your rig looks perfect!

Thank you! They are +25 offset

Tires are Cooper St Maxx. 255/80/17

Nice. The look of the tall/skinnier tires is growing on me. Have you run a 285 width before, and if so, how does the 255 compare? Seems likely that there should be a bit of mpg increase from the narrower contact patch and lighter tire weight...

I made a post in another thread about this -

3413190 is the old part number, and is now bumper only

3413190b is the new part number, and includes ARB6172342 (fit kit)

Not surprised to see some users caught off guard. I've been looking for a good deal forever and most of the sub $1500USD listings are JUST the bumper.

EDIT:

Cheapest 'main-stream' deal I've seen is $1499 from 4-wheel parts (last year black friday).

It's hard to say because I have had a 285 but it was on an '03. Now I have the skinnier tire on an '06 with more horsepower. It feels lighter on it's feet and gets slightly better MPGs, but not sure how much of that is due to the VVT-I motor.
