yea Im on it, I found the milspec leds on ICONs page that should do it. MIL Spec US Made Headlights | shop.icon4x4.com
It says MIL Spec......whatever that means but it definitely means a lot more money.

I will probably offer a pigtail that will have loose connections since there are so many options for bulbs. This way we won’t have to cut factory wires and can connect any option.

to be spec as mil is expensive for a company but really no reason for any of us to have mil spec parts on our vehicles, unless it is being used in the military and you have to check that mil spec box......

I would love to find some old school exterior looking headlights that perform better than the fj60 lights (brighter) but keep the original look
The funny thing about "MIL SPEC" is that it is MILITARY SPEC. The manual on all the MIL SPECS is thick and hard to read, not to mention really expensive.
Most things "MIL SPEC" can advertise like that because they have passed some testing standard listed in that big thick book. This could be paint test, submersion tests, temperature resistance, impact etc etc.
The really good companies list what tests their equipment passed.
However, 800 dollars for headlights wouldn't even get past committee review in my house.

Spent 2 weeks slaving away on the 80 and 100 lights. Really dialed in the files the last 2 days and they are ready to cut. But I left for work out of town to all systems are shut down for a while.

First, larger hexagons. Looks a little better I think.
Here is the grille/headlight version that only works together. Notice there is not the area that wraps around the headlight like the factory grille. I know that I posted something like this before, but this is the final CAD file, so it should be good-to-go. That is, if the next headlights are a good fit.
Also, the headlight bulb/housing is now actually sticking out a little, so it isn't tucked back in the recess much at all like before.

You mention ‘this version’ is bout to work with your grill, will you produce one that works with the stock grill as well?

Yes, I already have the version that fits the factory grille. I made sure that was the first option. This is the second option and I made it because it looks much better without the headlight wrap around area.
