my opinion is that any additional lights takes away from the old school clean looks of this, for me I like the styling that makes the front end look more vintage, if people want to add little lights all it takes is a small drill hole to do it.

Yeah, what he said.

On the marker light, maybe two versions (with or without), to appeal to both sides.

There will be options a few options, and I see all the sides. Some new pics. It’s a rough prototype so be gentle in the critique

I preferred the round hole, is there a difference in light pattern with the flat side?

I'm pretty excited about this, looks like the best long term light option.

This wouldn't have been possible without the help from 1973Guppie He has really made this possible for me to build these lights, and my 80 grilles too! I give many thanks for all the hours I have spent taking apart your LC!

I will have the following options for all of your preferences. Its the best I can do with steel, as I don't have the ability to produce ABS parts. I'm just a guy in a garage with a welder and grinder, however the assistance from CAD files and the Laser shop is really what makes all this stuff happen.

1. Round light opening
2. half round/half straight line opening.
3. Both options above with a 2.5" light next to the turn signal at the top.

This is what the headlights will look like if you buy a grille too. The grille is modified to eliminate the part that wraps around the headlight, and leaves a clean line that matches the original angle from the factory grille design. Headlights shown here with round buckets.

Can you do the OEM oval badge for the TEQ badge or do a Lexus version for us LX guys?

Yeas I can do the sombrero, TRD, no emblem, or the big 14" TOYOTA. I could make an option for the TEQ. I could make this one picture above with a Lexus emblem too.

Will it fit those Jw Speaker round headlights?

I was just searching the 'net and found JW Speaker as well, some of their lights also have an integrated turn signal but that might be a challenge to wire up.

Spent 2 days reworking this thing:bang::bang::bang: I was able to get the headlight to be partially out of the housing on the top outside corner, so its not tucked in nearly as far as it was. Its completely maxed out as far as it can go . I'm just doing the round opening, nothing else. I have too many visions and opinions that others don't agree with, so Im just going with the round, since I don't even own an 80 anyway. I moved the opening toward the grille so there is room for a 2.5" light, or two of them next to the signal At least some options there which is nice for some.

You just do you, make the best product you can, haters gonna hate.

Side question, have you gotten the light somewhat wired in? Curious to know if there's any loss of beam from the outside edge @Stuparman asked.
