Dang it, been avoiding this thread but there's just too much good stuff. I hate the usability of tech stream between the slow setup, virtual machine, and consistency.

Ordered.

Thank you @Boston Mangler . I'll let the wife know it's your fault. Maybe that'll help me in my other goal to travel untethered and without constraints. :)

Cmon man.. you’re not new here

It’s a “Safety Tool” if checks all the safety systems to make sure they’re all in working order to keep the fam safe

It works every single time!

#yourewelcome 😜

Should be primer material in this thread for newbies

Probably should have started with trucks as justifying mods for sports cars is a little more difficult. Better half has already given up. 🙃

Another item that can be adjusted if the auto AC function, if the temp you set seems to cool or warm, there is some adjustment either way for that setting

Yes. I was able to disable this yesterday

Regardless the temp, even when ambient is 40f or so, the auto function would kick on the AC compressor

Not anymore!

I need to figure out how to use this argument to justify buying a CNC table for my woodshop.

Manually cutting wood is very dangerous and scary

An automated CNC machine is considerably safer and will saves lots of money in the long run compared to a lost limb

Any luck on keyfob programming? Mine will be here early next week.

When we attempted programming @dudemancool1904 fob a bunch of menus popped up to do it, but weren’t labeled intuitively and seems like the guessing wrong steps might cause issues. I’ve never done this before and don’t want to mess up someone else’s ride.

I’m going to try to do more YouTube searching about this because I’m curious as well

One thing I’ve seen mentioned in multiple YouTube videos is you need the pin to the key, which is supposedly on a barcode when you buy it

Thanks. Keep us posted. I'll see what I can come up with as well. My daughters RX, wife's GX, and my LX all have the same style fob. Being able to program a new aftermarket one would be excellent. The GX is down to one and given the wife's track record, I really should be getting a replacement soon.

Autel mx900 (admittedly much more expensive) supposedly has this functionality. I have a Honda key I need to add for another car, but haven't gotten around to it. Supposedly it lists this function as a capability of the unit.

Mess around with mine on my Sienna… it’s not idiot friendly so I’ll need some more time with it. I think I have a used one because there were some scans in mine already but I don’t think that will matter.

All in all, seems like a solid piece.

I'm sure a bunch of us will get a returned unit since Amazon says it's frequently returned.

I used this argument to buy my SawStop table saw.

Ha. We have one of those at the shop also. Amazing device!

Be honest and don’t lie…. Did you do the hot dog test?

We did! It worked 100% as advertised 🤯
