ok whoops! im a little behind on this forum with my build up. so heres the catch up
ok now im thinking 40x12.50x20 inch michelins from John on the board with his rims too.....
just got back into town, and i did a little welding up on it, but thats about it....i also got blue torches front tubular shock mounts and a super cool aluminum radiator from them....so now im going to have to make a front radiator support for it. i was thinking of getting those front tubular fenders from metal tech, and grafting in the front radiator support on it so i dont have the support braces going to the frame, plus i think it will clean up/ open up some space in the front of the rig
ok so i had to remve some rivets off the cruiser, so i brought home my baby....this is one bad mo FO
then i commenced to removing the rear axle, bumper, hangers and misclanious crap
then i found out that the rear driveshaft u joints were so beat to sheit that the cross had beat its self thru the cap, and into the yolk....heres hoping i can save it....another fun thing i found was the pinion nut was loose on the rear axle, causing it to trash the pinion....looks like im gonna be getting some gears.
