So the rear links being upgraded resulted in an amazing ride change. The truck no longer feels lifted. Even without sway bars front and rear. I still have a bit of body roll but the beefy rear MetalTech4x4 uppers and lowers and the Icon pan hard prevent the rear from floating around, which I didn't even know was happening.
I would add this to the list to anyone looking at a lift. Yes, it is pricey for seemingly moderate gains, but I think it actually improved the ride immensely.
I wonder if I could do these shocks with just the 3" springs, ext brake lines, and bump stops...then do the rear control arms later when I can afford them. Since I did the 3" expedition springs and the rear control arms (upper and lower) plus extended brake lines.
Yea i will do the 3" expo springs you did and the long travel shocks you did, do brake lines and bump stops, then later on down the line install the arms.3" expo? Sure. I ran those shocks with 2.5" iron man's and stock arms for 6 months. 3" would be fine too.
