Well I'll give you a name Gundy suggested. Birf.

At first when I read your last post I thought you were talking about the pig. And was thinking it would be ready just in time for GSMTR. But then I figured it out. My brain doesn't work well.

Heather, Sorry I am late is saying Congrats... This is great.. Tillman will be 3wks tomorrow and I miss being pregnant. I had such a great pregnancy, I loved the Ultra Sounds. Getting to see what was new inside of me was the best. I thought I was tired when I was pregnant.. Man do these every two hour wake ups through the night wear on you.. I wouldn't trade it for the world, but get your sleep now.. I thought the going to the bathroom through the night would get me ready for the feedings... LOL Ah, not quite... Feeding a baby takes a lot longer than going to the bathroom..

If you have any questions about anything feel free to ask me. I'm so happy for you.

Awesome news Heather....Congrats!!!!!

The ultrasound process is too cool. Hopefully you'll get to get a 4D one. they are just plain scary. especially after comparing it to the real baby pics. If you have any questions feel free to hit up Stacy. She'll be glad to help.

Thanks Stacy and Eric! So far the pregnant part has been pretty good. Heartburn sucks, peeing every 10 min sucks, but all minor irritations really. I am at 23 weeks now, and I can't believe how fast it's going!

I am glad to hear that Tillman is doing well! All the advice I have heard is that no matter what is going on, if the baby is sleeping, mom should be sleeping! Although, I doubt that's always possible of course, but it's a good thought.

Thanks for the offer of help, I am sure that I'll have questions and it's great to have friends to lean on!

good deal Heather. you can call on us at any time.

Heartburn was a freind of mine as well.. :( It sucked.. I had never had it before in my life.. When Tillman was born he had a head full of hair, and still does.. I loved being pregnant and it went by soooo fast.. It doesn't even feel like I have been pregnant and had a baby..

LOL Sleep when the baby sleeps... LOL Yeah, I was told that as well. So who is supposed to do the house work? It isn't fair for Eric to work 40hr a week and come home to do the house work as well.. Anyways I've never been good at taking naps..

Any updates Heather? How's it coming?

Thanks for thinking of me! Things are moving along. I am about 2 months out now, and I am still pretty comfortable, all things considered. The baby bump is ever growing, but still manageable. I only knock things over occasionally. And I have learned that I can't "squeeze" through anywhere anymore.

The baby is doing well, growing and moving as she should be. But I have developed gestational diabetes which is really putting a crimp in my whole "eat what I want while I am pregnant" thing. While most women can eat all the yummy things they want, I am basically on the Atkins diet and I have to check my blood glucose level 4 times a day. I am at the very beginning of all this, so getting it under control is hard. But the good news is that the baby is fine and she should stay that way as long as I am careful.

I see the specialist on Monday and I might have some ultrasound pics then that I can post.

Thanks again for checking on me, Eric! How are Tillman and Stacy doing?

Glad to hear that things are going well, and good luck with the diabetes. All the sacrifice will be worth it when you see the baby in your arms. (I am quoting what my wife has said, I can not compare any of my sacrifices to pregnancy/childbirth)

Heather, Becca had the same thing. If you have any questions about it you can give her or me a call.

For anyone that's interested, here are some pictures of the nursery! Oh, and one of big fat pregnant me making a face at Taylor that is roughly equivalent of :flipoff2:.

That face brings back memories!

Great looking room and glad to hear things are going well Heather!

Looks great and neutral enough that you won't have to paint it if you decide to have another kid. That was a key point for me when we did our nursery.

don't feel bad Heather. Stacy didn't like a lot of the pics of her towards the end, but it's well worth it. She asked me to post this one of her up to share. This was at the Lexington BBQ festival. I think she was just about ready to pop then and we were trying to walk it out of her. :D

Eric, y'all are too cute.

An update on the kiddo...I saw the specialist again this week (code word for getting another ultrasound) and all is well. She's now at 4lbs 10oz and gaining about 8 oz a week at this point. She's on track to be over 8 pounds at 40 weeks. I guess I never doubted I'd have a big girl on my hands! I am still feeling great and really starting to get excited.

I also had a bit of a surprise this weekend...Taylor proposed and I accepted! So eventhough we are doing it a little backward, we're gettin' hitched and having a baby! Here's are few shots of the ring he gave me...and I have to give him props on this one, it's NICE!!!

Congradulations Heather! Careful on the ring, when Renee got close her finger swelled up and we thought it was going to have to be cut off!

BTW, she will kill me for posting this
