All right people. Lets get this going we need your help in figuring out what we need to do and who can help with specific parts of GSMTR 2010. Please get involved in helping the BOD plan and run the biggest cruiser event this side of the Mississippi. We need all the help we can get.


If you want to help in planning or working as a volunteer at GSMTR 2010 please follow the link below and ask to join the group. Once I approve it you will have access to all the behind the scenes of this event and be able to help in it's success.

I need someone to volunteer to be the Raffle Chairman. I've got a lot of the contact information already and David Carpenter is working on the letter. I just need someone to take the position and form a group to work with the rest of us to get it done.

The raffle is one of the big draws for GSMTR. If we have a good one they will come. But we need to start now.
