So whats the part numbers for the whole set, i definitely would prefer all black handles
Order from eBay but be careful you don't get chinese knock offs. These arrived from the UAE extremely quickly. Dealers stateside will charge you too much even with considering the shipping cost.

Ok I've ordered the rear door handle end caps so I'll finally be able to replace my rear door handles with black OEM ones. One is broken so it was gonna happen. Need Mother Nature to give me a sunny no wind weekend. Don't care if it's "cold".

These are nice and clean.

You should see if there's a company that can 3D scan those for you, for 3D printing at a later date. Then you can print them in any color you want! Pink, florescent green, yellow, magenta. :D
Hey, a little off topic, but that protein drink you show there, I have that (same product) everyday mixed with my coffee. It's like a protein mocha latte.

Hah, or periwinkle!

No coffee here, caffeine makes me sleepy... These are the only protein shakes I like that I don't mix myself.

Rear door handles replaced. Pretty painless to do I might add. Looks amazing to get rid of that chrome BS. I hope I can get to the fronts next month.

Big difference.

Looks great!
Agreed.

Now is that chrome strip at the bottom of the doors clipped on or double stick tapped on? I'm hoping I can remove them without any holes or mounting points behind them.

Probably double stick taped. Those are 3rd party.

The stock body side moldings are not on ‘20+ models but they also weren’t on 2010-2011 base models.

’10-‘13 Premium, ’12-‘13 base and all ‘14-‘19 trims all have them stock

Wow that's interesting. So a port or dealer installed option you think?

It would be pretty easy to black out the side molding with a can of Plasti-Dip, if there was a concern about molding holes or tape damage to the paint beneath it.

Pop one of the door panels and look inside to see what you can see.

I have no issue raptor lining over it when I get ready to raptor line the whole truck. Would just be cleaner without it. LOL

Going back 10 years or so on ClubLexus many owners were installing these aftermarket moldings because the factory ones were so expensive. The factory ones use clips and adhesive with holes in the door.

Looking at old CL posts I think they might be these

Fascinating. I'll take a close look to see if they match designs. I may leave them on just in case there's holes back there unless another 2010 base owner chimes in to confirm if there's no holes. I'll poke around CL to see if I can find any posts on it.

Tecman put them on his ‘11 base and then later put factory ones on

Wow! That actually looks way better than I was imagining it!
Regarding the door molding, let me look at my build thread when I was t-boned and see what the door looks like after it was buckled. That may show if there are holes or not.

Take a look at my build thread, post # 170: Builds - R²M 2013 GX 460 Overland Build - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/r-m-2013-gx-460-overland-build.1104719/page-9
It doesn't look like there's any holes.
I just PM'ed you with a high res photo so you can get a better zoom in than on MUD.

The handles look great, noted for future reference on my own GX
Sometimes it's the small things that makes a big impact right? They look amazing in person.
