Made some more room for Goss.. I'll be bringing him into the shop tomorrow and get the sliders on and start on the front bumper. Then if I have time I will try and finally mount the narrowed winch into the rear bumper.

Red 40 is stripped down and tub/frame is pulled.

I'll send you a couple of pics I need an exact shot of. Those were very helpful. Need a few more at different angles.

I found some good lift gate grommets if you still need a pair. Let me know.

I have two more frames. I'll see if they have good ones on them. If so, I'll let you know. The new ones went back in the bag for future use. If not, I know a guy that knows a guy...

Well if you decide to sell the new ones you know I'll buy them...and I can think of another person who seems to have a small thing for NOS parts.

I'll definitely take what you want to sell...want to be able to take the rig out when its raining...happens occasionally up here. ;)

YEAH! my rigs are too dirty for too many new parts... They might start getting an attitude...

at this point I think I have replaced every damn seal gasket, etc with new ones. Even bought a "backup" front windshield gasket....will be posting those details shortly...I blame Shane.

It wasn't me; I wasn't there; I didn't do it; I don't even own a (insert here), officer =)

I'm proud of you, man. . .spares are good and a little extra paranoia induced preparation is always a good thing.

Ok, gotta go...it's 2127 and they're about to do their 2130 'eye in the sky' sweep over the city.

Out...

I love looking at your shop pictures are all the cool projects just lying around in the background of your photos. Way cool. My 60 will be carrying your work one of these days.

Thanks Jeff,

I've said it before. When I get in a groove... I get stuff done and LOTS of it. Always been that way.

Didn't get started on the front bumper.. But the sliders are welded out, painted and installed..

While waiting on the epoxy to dry I FINALLY mounted up my INNO awning. My dad gave me this for Marley in 2011. Never got around to installing it. If the wind isn't blowing 40MPH tomorrow like it is today.. I'll take some pics of it opened up. approx 10' x 13' ... Love that this is encased in an aluminum housing.

Also, where the new wiring for the front light bar exits the roof rack makes a perfect splice point for the awning lighting. I will cut this and install a 2 prong waterproof connector. Easy way to make a removable LED light string for the awning..

SO MANY THINGS TO DO AND THEY JUST KEEP COMING.....

Those sliders rock. Awning looks pretty awesome too!

Goss looks good even with that fine coat of dust. Would look better with some MUD! :hillbilly:
