Yeah, not this, I am thinking something to replace the trans cross member, which could give some protection to the trans pan and t-case. Maybe shave a little off the belly too...

There's a really nice piece made by sor for the 80, @Wagoneer used in his Project X². I'll see if I can find it...

Now. . .if I read correctly, you're going to start work on some under-armor, above storage, sliders, and dog barrier. I"ll support your work by buying one of each.

+1 on what Shane said...worst mistake anyone can make is doing something first because of the $....Sadly its the reason I'm an effin desk jockey spending 10hrs a day in front of a computer monitor.

I'm fortunate to be able to bounce around with work if I need to. I just want to have fun and build stuff. I can keep up with a pretty heavy order list and still have fun... I have a second and third gear so to speak as most of you know.. BUT when I have to hit 4th and 5th constantly, I'm put on blood pressure meds and hate everyone (OIL/GAS INDUSTRY).. HA!

LOL.. that is never a good scenario. From a purely selfish point of view we don't want you to have to hit those higher gears because if something goes pop then we lose a great contributor to the community.

I have a couple of orders to get out and then I will take a couple weeks off to get the shop in order, build metal stock racks and bumper bins.. Tear down the 40s and finish up Goss armor projects..

I plan on buying a box pan brake in January. It will help with several products.. I need to look into the Sag Pump bracket... If I can get a design, I can get it into my CNC cut order next month.

My 2 cents are: don't try to be that restaurant that has a ten page menu... Be the restaurant that has a five item menu and consistently crushes them.

Or just be a personal chef and work one meal and one client at a time.

I see these business models lasting... Maybe won't ever be rich, but who he fxxx cares if it is sustainable and reasonable in terms of work/life... After all you do need to enjoy Goss eh?

I see the other type of restaurant going bust in shot order.

Exactly D, I only want about 5-10 products.. Maybe not even that many... Just for the 40 and 60 market.

Price of oil is a joke and a scam... IMO they could give it away and they'd still make money... HA!
