6????? Doesn't ATL traffic start at ~0615 and go to ~0930? Ted and John are leaving around 5 to "miss traffic" I think and they are basically already in town compared to Macon. I haven't driven in it in a while though Sam, but seems to me that'd put you smack in the middle of ATL rush hour. :meh:

Nah. I'm gonna hit some either way but it won't be as bad if I get on the road early enough (hopefully...)

Just backed the runner out of the shop, damn it took longer than I thought it would to get things back together. Everything else is sitting by the back door ready to be loaded so its going to be a rushed morning. See y'all about noon.

Also should be there in 45-1 hr.
 
Battery is all bolted in and it started, so we have to get our stuff packed up and we will be on the road. Hoping to be out around lunch or a little after.

How do things look? Mud-fest or just a little slick?

I'm pretty sure there will be lots of helping hands to get that thing back together. Probably some scrounging of parts as well.

I will keep any eye out for a complete front axle. They show up in the pick and pull every once in a while. (Edit.. NM looks like Steve has you covered)

I had a great time, didn't do much driving, but enjoyed being a passenger and I appreciate you guys letting Erin have a seat. She had a blast.

Also, got to say a HUGE thank you to Jason and his wife for a great meal on Saturday night, at least everyone had full stomachs before we left. Good call on that one Steve, that 'short' trip to 6 would have made dinner a pipe dream.

Thanks to Sam and LOWE for the pavilion.

Great meeting all you GA guys, look forward to the next round of crackers and brie.

Anybody know if Andy made it back to Jasper? Also, Sam has a bunch of pictures and a couple vids from Saturday before his camera died on me.

Now to start prep for the UC run next month.
 
made it home. it was nice meeting everyone, and finaly putting some faces to names. the rain yesterday made things interesting but it was still fun.

Good to meet everyone that I hadn't met before, and good to see so many familiar faces. I had a great time despite the broken truck.

I think this ride shall be renamed the weekend of carnage since almost everyone broke something. :doh:

Take your SD card, I think I got a couple picture of everyone in the groups rigs.
