It is looking that the washer was part of the nut although this is not what is shown in my Repair manual. Does anyone have a picture of the nut not already attached to the crank shaft? We are thinking that if this is the case and the washer and nut are integral and the head broke off just in front of the washer (that is part of the nut) then maybe we can weld something to it and then remove it that way... thoughts? (please)

I just call Dan up, but I guess I just miss him! Need some help on my 100 series antenna issue. He's going to Moab tomorrow!!

CDan, Do you still have any COWL VENT GASKET, Mike

Hey CDan I am new to the Cruiser world and doing it yourself. Came home and fried my fusible link on my 87 cruiser and have had no luck finding a replacement. Where will I find what I am looking for.

Call my toll-free listed below when we re-open on Saturday and I'll fix you up.

WOW! this post is old.... UHM, any links to a current siting on cruiserdan?

Cheers,
Steve

Thanks again for getting back to me on the parts for my wife's Celica, Dan! It'll be one more thing I can have done and checked off the list before we move (again) :D

I heard Cruiserdan got into Dodges, retired, and left Beno in charge.:D

I have always been a Mopar fan. My first car was a 3/4 ton Power Wagon.:hillbilly:

I can't afford to retire.

Beno is progressing nicely however. I got him used to Keystone so everything else is easy......:grinpimp:

Dude, have you seen the Challenger he restored? He told me a couple years back all he put into it, and OMFG is it nice. I only wish I could make my Duster half as clean as his Challenger.

Post a pic Dan!

This one has been posted before. Sorry it's the only one handy.

Dan

Just wanted to say I spoke with Dan yesterday. My first call in for parts, an axle/birf rebuild kit. Real nice fellow, fixed me up and gave me some good guidance on getting the job done. Thanks Dan!

Whatsup Dan...

I just left you a voicemail...I just bought a 92 Land Cruiser for $2200, it has 134K miles and was an impulse buy...I dont know anything about LC's other than I always thought they looked cool when I was younger...

When I turn left in low gear I get a clicking noise, I have looked on this site and google and it seems like I'm having an issue with the axle/birfield...I also read on the birfield removal thread that you sell a repair kit...can you please call me? I left my number on your voicemail...thank you very much...hopefully this repair will go smoothly...
