I believe that the 200s have the little channel up the windshield similar, if not a tad bigger than the 100. I remembered that I have covers on my LX that keep trying to pop off on the driver's side... need to look at that again...

Sounds like a good idea. How did you run the wiring into the interior? Did you feed it down through the tailgate somewhere?

I run it down the front passenger side inside the rubber lip alongside the windshield since my spod is above that side's firewall grommet. Sorry I'm in a different country than the 200 at the moment so can't snap a pic for a bit. I also used these but with good 3M outdoor double sided instead of what they came with:

and iirc:

I encased the (4) 16ga wires that came with the Rigid SR-Qs inside a 3/8" techflex:

And ran that down through the shut line between fender and hood. I used another tie base in the space under the hood to keep everything secure. No abrasions this way so far.

These are dups to things I posted elsewhere but this much wire/wrap is no problem through there IMO:

I've been slow to update, but I finally got the lights that @nakman supplied wired up this weekend. Now that I consider my rack complete, I've got a few photos to share.

Tim, let me know if you'd like some higher quality photos for your website.

Anyone have an Expo+ rack? I have the expo on my 100 and would like the rails back a little further to aid when climbing around the truck.

Not sure if I want the + or the ++

Talked to Tim tonight and ready to finalize but hoping someone has a pic or two!

I have the same version as @linuxgod's above and regularly use the bars as a brace while standing on the rear tires and sliders. It's quite convenient. It would make managing a RTT a little difficult. I had a Tepui and then later a James Baroud on mine and had to access the mounting points from the rear of the vehicle and the sunroof.
