Looks a little like the 91 Yota I just bought (engine fire only though). Just glad to see that it didn't start a forest fire too.

Nick, your recovery popped to mind when I saw this too. I thought for a second "at least the 80 still had one good rolling axle". But then I thought about how light that Jeep is, especially after a lot of weight must've burned off. Probably be similar to Franken80 towing John's rig with 4 flats - not too bad.

I need that. I'm not sure why or what I'd use it for but I'm sure I need it.

That price is another thing though. You can buy those for practically nothing because no one really wants or needs them...

Fuel economy basically makes it impractical for anything other than a lawn ornament. Although, it will run on just about anything...

Hence the "will likely never happen" part. Agreed they are completely impractical. Aside from getting about 2 gallons to the mile, I am sure they ride horrible, and having no AC would make summer traveling low on the Mrs's list, but I could probably get a radio in it at least for her.
