So if I do a 3" BL my COG will stay exactly where it was without the BL? Cool, I may step up to a 6" then.

Hate to be that guy, but... bump :)

I was following this with interest, any progress?

IPOR Skid installed, new tranny pan (dented due to trying to make a hard line out of an easy one for fun...) Tranny filter and fluid, xcase fluid and other items bought but not installed. I have a snorkel head too because I'm going to have to run something custom with the fender mods.

I'm doing it bump, Pastor are the fenders and front clip still the same or have you got it any further? Sorry for the troll clogging up your thread a mod should have cared for that considering you where not even considering a lift.

Anyways, I have been watching for some time, my wife wants a 80 with a 60 front end.

Any movement on this? I know it's been a few months but I was pretty interested in seeing how this turned out.

Not much more done. Last mod was smashing a door in pretty bad on a boulder. Last year I did 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 11 ceiling fans, flooring... 2 roofs... Crazy. But it's back off hold now. I have a 60 hood now that I'm going to put on it, which is the next thing to do so that I can get the fenders to look right. I'm going to make a snorkel too. Not because I'm snorkel crazy, but because I have to relocate the intake, and that's the easiest way to do it.

Mid-year bump.

Hard to do a BL when you don't have an 80.

That truck has been parted out.
Ha ha really? I don't understand people. Why start a project your never gonna complete? This forum is full of dead end projects.

Slackers....

Ha ha really? ...

Really, the I can see the axles from where I'm sitting. Our current project is installing the steering box on a FJ40.:hillbilly:
