All but one of my Serra shipments arrived yesterday. Still waiting on another 10 ATF WS bottles. No shipping fees, fast and accurate.

Now I just need to decide on what to start on first.
Mind sharing the parts numbers for the fluids?

I have detailed files… sometimes my data hoarding can be helpful.

Just a heads up for those ordering from Serra Toyota. I specifically ordered a radiator from them due to reports that they shipped their radiators with very thorough packaging, mine was shipped in the factory packaging with no additional padding and arrived damaged. They also shipped brake pads in the same box as oil filters and hardware with a fist sized piece of bubble wrap, all of the oil filter boxes were crushed to some extent but at least the filters themselves appear undamaged. Not impressed.

Serra is running the same sale and I and others successfully ordered undamaged radiators from them in the recent past.

are these not one in the same? Isn’t it Serra Toyota of Decatur?
Maybe? If it's the same dealer, different domains is enough to confuse me, not living anywhere nearby.

Are you sure that is shipping damage and not a defective radiator? Just trying to determine how that would have happened looking at the photos...

I'll check mine tomorrow. Ordered it last sale and haven't opened the inner box yet. It was packet another box through with additional foam.

That is the same shipping damage a bunch of us got a couple years ago, and why they stopped shipping radiators for a while.

It happens when the rad is dropped on its side and the mounting ear contacts the side of the box, compressing the fins under it.

Sorry you are dealing with this @jts560 I wouldn’t be impressed either.

This is exactly what happened, that side really took a hit judging by the damage to the box and radiator. I knew shipping a radiator was a gamble, hopefully the dealership makes it right without too much hassle.

My first one took a really long time to sort out but that seemed to be because they got utterly flattened by the volume of orders when their specific site went viral on the sale that year.

But they did eventually make it right.

I’d want to know why yours wasn’t packaged the same way others were.. they clearly had a formula that worked.

Looks like they're not shipping fluids anymore. I stocked up on filters but a nice discount on fluids would've beens nice. 😞

This must be a recent change. I ordered fluids a month or so back but had to break it up into several orders to get the free shipping. It was annoying but worth it in the long run.

Anyone else having an issue with placing an order? I'm getting a "checkout error. payment. declined. undefined" when i try to checkout. My card works just fine and I have not had this issue in the past with ordering from the site.

I kept getting that over the period of a few days with a known good card I use multiple times per day. Eventually switched cards and it went through.

Just be aware that the average time for Serra to ship the parts you buy during this discount period is 2 weeks. I put an order for OEM wipers and did not hear for 3 days. Emailed back requesting some info and got a pretty sassy response saying my order was behind another 400 ones from other customers - if I did not like it, they could cancel it. I am ok waiting, not in a hurry for wipers, but just fyi. Not sure I like the customer service from these guys though.

Normally yes. I seem to remember it being higher a couple years ago but not lately.

Keep in mind that 25% is off the already discounted prices. You’ll be close to half of MSRP for a lot of parts.

Half of MSRP is below dealer cost. This is co-op program where SET pays the dealership back for any money lost selling below cost.

Would be the best time to get ATF fluid($11ish/quart)? Or would y'all go another(non OE) route?
Verify the relevant site will actually ship ATF. Not all of them will, and some of the remaining will charge extremely high prices to do so, more than canceling out the savings.
