Any of you guys have a sense of when on the calendar the next 25%ers will drop?
I’m in need of a 4gen steering rack and like the idea of getting one that comes with OTRs…

I'd be surprised if they didn't do anything for Memorial day. If you can wait, they've done July 4th like clockwork in the past.

My recent order from Serra took forever to get filled and sent. I have been using Sand Mountain Toyota for quite a few orders and they have been extremely reliable. They send notices when the order is received, when the order is placed in their system (to distribution center), when they receive the parts and when they ship.
I think that Serra gets flooded with orders every time one of these sales come up, as stated by an email reply I received from them.

It's well documented in this thread that Decatur is slow. I've never heard mention of the Birmingham location.

Used sand mountain this time around for 4+ orders, had to split calipers, rotors etc into multiple orders...and also the window moldings..
Good experience so far. Easy to get a hold of via email and phone.
Two small items had some defect and they are promptly replacing it.

I received an order I placed from Serra on 4/9 yesterday. No problems.
I placed another order yesterday for some gaskets.

I have yet to have an issue with Serra...

25% off, free shipping (for the most part) and no tax if you’re out of state. I’ve taken advantage of the sales to great effect. I’ve shopped around and the discount is nice.

Ok I got it, thanks. Yeah you have to ignore the item prices, just fill your cart, then go to Checkout. Once you confirm your address, it calcs everything and the magic happens. I saved almost $200 over the same order from Ourisman, snuck it in last night just before midnight.

Serra Decatur: Slow is right. I ordered on the 20th, still don't have anything shipped. Called today, they got over 1800 orders during that sale. They are up to about the 18th, so they hope to be getting to my order by the beginning of next week. Good thing I'm not in any hurry for this stuff.

glad I didn't order from them or else my car would still me on jack stands without brakes..
