Their pricing seems to be the cheapest, but as far as I can tell from using them once they just find the cheapest source and that source ships to you directly. Also their return policy sucks

I don't have anything that I'm in desperate need of, but I have had great results with the SE dealer sales, Serra specifically, and I see no reason to deviate from that for planned items. The sale will come back around I'm guessing. For immediate needs I'm still going to comparison shop.

Looks like the final number is 20% after checking a couple of TPOC today. And free shipping on orders over $75.

I also received the 25 percent off email from Fred Anderson Toyota. But looks like it is only 20 percent.

I too got the 25% FA email, but it went to junk. Anyone having luck yet with 25%?

Do you have a link? I'm seeing 20% off on their site as Johnjb mentioned.
I’m only seeing the 20% online, but the email says 25%. If you emailed them I’m sure they would fix it. I’ve had great customer service from them in the past.

I’m emailing with some guy now. I don’t know if he’s going to honor or not. This is the very first “issue” I have had with FA with all the random stuff I’ve bought from them.

They might be counting the percentage discount from list price, not the regularly discounted online price. But would be good to get confirmation.

Does anyone know of any Lexus dealers running similar sales?

Got my new radiator yesterday from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick, CO.

$477.00 OTD (literally...I carried it out to the car), which was cheaper than other online sources @ $340.00 + nearly $200 in shipping (which sorta makes sense considering the possibility of damage in shipment).

Their website is kinda wonky, requiring you to place the items in your cart to see the prices. We talked about that and I encouraged them to expand their online presence by becoming a sponsor/vendor here.

Anyway, good experience and excellent customer service - will purchase from them again.

Not sure if LX570 and LC200 share radiators, but I got an extra one for my LC from Serra Toyota for $240 with taxes and shipping to my door last sale. Eric double packed it with additional padding and another box on top of factory. Might be worth investigating given the price gap.

AFAIK, they're the same part #.

Someone else had mentioned getting a good deal from Corwin Toyota in Colorado Springs - they were the same price as Lexus, plus I got a big box with the Lexus logo all over it.

At 104k I was getting nervous, even with no visible cracking. Nothing like having the replacement in the garage to keep the old one in top shape.

Same. It did take a few weeks but showed up undamaged, and with a bonus entire trash can full of bubble wrap.

I hear you. I ordered a replacement with sub-18k miles on the odo and original radiator. Figured I might as well just install it proactively or at least have it on the shelf if/when its needed. Small price to pay...

Good morning

Did they honor 25 percent off?

No. I got someone in management to email back yesterday and she indicated it was a "typo" and blamed their ad agency. Then offered the canned "apology for inconvenience and confusion" while thanking me for being a customer.

Everyone makes mistakes. What truly defines great businesses vs the mean/median companies is how they recover from their mistakes. This is not a great look IMO especially given the small amount it'd take to make it right.

I'd go with another dealership in the future, but YMMV.
