Front door (s) question

I'm ready to install 5" Eclipse speakers, greese the window tracks, and put the pass. side window back in it's track this weekend. I've searched the site and have great info. for this project.
What type of greese should I use to lube the window tracks?
What is MP greese? And... where would I get it?

MP grease is multi-purpose grease. You can use it or any light grease like white or lithium grease. All are available at any parts store.

use Silaglide for the window tracks. (and no its not "personal lube"
