Hi guys!

Took apart my front driver door actuator and replaced the brushless motor on the inside. I thought I was done, put it back together, plugged it in before securing it in the door, and clicked Lock/Unlock button. It motor does work, but it doesn't move the assembly, it tries, but it won't move from one position to another.

Are there other common issues with these actuators that I am not aware of?

Thank you for any tips in advance!

I am having the same issue with my back hatch and rear left door. I can feel the actuator so I realize the motors I ordered will not fix my issue. I pulled them apart today and found a small crack in the internal arm.

This plastic piece is cracked. It has some teeth to grip which clearly fail with the crack. You might be able to JB Weld it but there are threads in the forum with suggestions for a fix.
