Looks like the pillar is straight with the exception of the limiter anchor. Beat and bend that part straight. grind it down to bare metal and grind the broken anchor where it attaches at the pillar then weld it back in place. New hinges, replace or repair the door. Doors are cheap. I bought 4 complete 62 doors for 200.00. Biggest $$ is in shipping them. Hit me up (pm me) for some hinges and limiters if you need them cheap.

been there done that, not on a 60, but on a 356, door caught onto a garage barrier and extended it past the stoppers. Eff!

Shipping was free if I remember correctly.

I might take you up on those hinges and limiters.

Which brings up a question....are all the door hinges on the truck the same?...front to rear, and left to right? Was looking closely at them and all appear to be the same. I’ll check with beno on the part numbers.

If so, might make sense to swap a much less used rear door hinge up to the front door. My driver door hinges are showing some wear.

They are left and right specific. They should have an "R"for right side stamped on them on the side that goes to the truck in between the bolts. The top has a straight front and the bottom hinge has a more pointed front.

The limiters are only different between front and back door. The back door limiter has a hook in it. the fronts are straight. I think they can switch sides of the car.

I can't see any difference between front and back door hinges. No part numbers. Look the same. Interestingly they have the cool TEQ logo stamped on the door side of the hinge on the narrow strap between the bolts. Maybe my price should go up?! hahaha

this is cool

I'm not sure if this helps in any way, but I discovered that you can use a bottom right hinge (pass. side lower) as an upper left (driver's side upper) on an FJ60. This allowed me to replace the most-worn front door hinge on my truck with the least-worn hinge from a junk truck. I think I had to use a die grinder and remove a tiny bit of metal, but it was otherwise a bolt-on deal.
