I'm looking for options to repair the door locks in my J6 - currently I can open/close them with whatever I have in my hand. The ignition lock is working fine, the tailgate can be opened only with the right key (but can be closed with anything).
There are some options with pretty expensive used J6 locks, but they could be in a same or similar condition, so that makes less sense.
There are a lot of new J4 locks available (china, for sure) - and I'm wondering if I can use them, or parts of them, on J6?
Replacing that rear part shouldn't be an issue - but does the main part fit? Did someone test?
