Front Axles, How do I fix this? (1 Viewer)

Kk, I have something similar, axle sticks out too far for the dust cap to stay on...
Apparently, it's a used housing. It's a 12/'94 80...I sure as hell don't know what year the housing is.
Running Longfields.
Running the round driveplates as in pic#1.
Happen to have a spare pair...
Which is the new and which is the old?
one is certainly taller than the other, will that one solve my problem?

The originals on my 91 are the same shape as the one on the left. The round one isn't from an 80 Series, or I should say, I've never seen an 80 with round drive flanges. It would also require different shaped gaskets.

All 80 Series flanges look the same. Only the splined areas are different lengths.
