If the owner holds out, he will get it. Prices on 40s have been steady on the rise for going on three years now with no end in site. It has become a cult classic along the lines of muscle cars for many people.

I hope he gets that for it. It does look like a nice ride. There's another restored 40 on Greenville CL right now, too. (Yellow) I am sure you guys know it considering the shop in the background of the picture. :D

I know it very well.

I will be thru Columbia tomorrow, better not show Erin... we know how that might end.

Ummm, anybody near it the might could check it out, I made the mistake of sending her the link. And now we be discussing the logistics of getting it back to Nashvegas o_O

Edit: this is not a serious "we want" it request, more of a casual "if anyone looks at it but passes, we might be interested" request.

Lol your buying a 40.

Any of you have a spare 4runner 5 spoke wheel you don't need? I need one for a spare. Circa early 2000's. I think @89s rule had them on his 4runner...actually, now that I think about it, did you find a buyer for your old ones? I think I PM'd you and I seem to remember you may have.

I have all 4 still have tires mounted. Would love to get them all gone.

Shoot me a PM with some info and pricing. Maybe we can work out a MUDship to ACC if we can work out a deal.

PM sent.

Just too much weight for a 22r.

I have a 1991 4x4 v6 with 130k. Everything works as it should including the A/C, heat, auto locking hubs. I put a Western uni-mount plow on it two years ago for my driveway. The mount and wiring harness are correct for this vehicle. No welding or other mods were done. It was bolt on to the frame. I'm looking to get a bigger vehicle so I can tow my boat and bring my family along. What do you think I can get for the Yota? The frame is solid but the body has the usual northeast rust. TIA! Joe.

Joe,

I think you posted in the wrong forum. We are in Upstate, SC. Your rusty truck down here would bring $1k max.

I thought I would grow accustomed to it, but the reality is I am too big for a small truck. I am selling my 88 4RNR. This is a first Gen, which means the top comes off. All stock except wheels and tires and Corbeau seats. Timing chain, timing chain cover, water pump and oil pump were all replaced about 2,500 miles ago. 246K miles on the 22RE with 5 speed. Truck runs great has a couple dents that should pound out without much trouble. Tires are BFG AT with 9K miles on them mounted on Tundra 16" wheels. No rear bumper. Back window operates well. A little TLC and some paint and this will be a very sharp truck. Last offer I had was $5,500.00 in March.

$5,500.00 Clean title
