technically most leases stipulate 12k per year, and at that amount of miles a 17 year old vehicle could have as many as 204k, so 142 is pretty low... I have seen 2-3 96-97 in the same mileage ranges around here or Atlanta for $6500-$7500, locked. But as you said it should have a bunch of receipts and owner knowledge of repairs/maintenance.

I am in the process of pulling a set of Nitro 4.88 gears out of the truck (78 FJ-40). There are approximately 2500 miles on the gear set, so they are just broken in.
