where are you? Is this a solid axle?

im not sure how much rust is behind the plate as i have never taken it off, but from the inside of the tub no holes. im sure there is some because all cruisers w/ diamond plate have it, but i just dont know. i know that the tranny is the original, and i believe the motor is as well, but there is no way i could find out how many miles are on them...

I have a brother selling his 80. He is located in North Idaho but we are from boise i am sure something could be worked out. His is a 95 i think, ~200K just had a a complete front axle service. I think he wants 8500 OBO.... its a great runnning solid clean rig.. i found it for him originally and it drives great.....
