Hi,

I am in the process of rebuilding a FJ80 Power steering pump I purchased online. I bought a used pump in order to rebuild it and have it as a spare one but unfortunately the pump came with different Flow control valve mark. The pump is Mark E and the valve is Mark C. According to the FSM they must match.

I have managed to purchase all the other parts needed for the rebuild except the Flow control valve which seems to be discontinued. I managed to find (according to online sources) replacement part numbers for the Mark E version but still cannot find it available anywhere (even Toyota canceled my order).

I would be really grateful for some help or guidance for finding a current part number for this valve with better chance of being available somewhere on the planet :) As a plan B I am also okay to purchase a working used one (I have a thread in the classifieds, but with no luck so far).

This are the part numbers for the Flow control valve Mark E I have found so far are:

Original number:
- 44330-20350

Replacements (not verified):
- 44330-35290
- 44330-20170

Thank you for your help

Hi, thank you for your response, but I think that the pump displayed on this schematics is not the 1991 FJ80 one. Apart from that, the valve on your screenshot is 44330.

I am looking for a current part number of the Mark E valve, or if it does not exist I will settle with a used one.

Thank you again :)

Unfortunately I have tried all the numbers I have found (including the one you provided) and so far it's out of stock or NLA everywhere (all of the popular websites and even Toyota.com).

That's why I was hoping that there might be some replacement PN hidden deep in the Toyota system, that I cannot find on the open resources.

Thank you for your time and feedback :)

There isn’t.

This part number is gone forever as well as every other part number that is superseded to it.

Your best bet is to get on Instagram and other social media and see if any of the Middle East parts suppliers might have the entire assembly sitting on a dusty shelf somewhere

Thank you very much Sir!

Currently I am on this, second hand path which is pity because everything else is brand new but this is how it is.

Anyways I wanted to ask you guys in case I was missing something (obvious).
