I currently have an FJ60 Fusible Link Replacement Kit on the market (see the link in my signature area below). I have a kit for 62s and diesel 60s coming soon as well, prototype parts are in the mail and on their way to me.Just found this thread when looking for alternatives to the OEM fusible link setup.
Question: I'm assuming fusible links have a different "blown" profile then standard auto fuses-a "slow blow" sort of thing? Is this to allow sudden high loads such as initial activation of a circuit?
I'm asking because I'd like to do something such as shown at the beginning of this thread. I'm going to look at his sources to see if those are still available and if not-does someone have a current supplier for after-market bus panel and fuses?
