Material is CNC cut. This is for the 80, but the FJ60 will have the same low profile cap head screws and latches. I should have the first FJ60 unit done by Monday, I can start taking orders now
these look really good. I am wondering a little about the fitment along the top of the tail gate. your pictures look like the aluminium plate goes right to the top of the gate. there is a contour on the gate though so is there a gap on top the way it sits? I like the large surface but think it would look much cleaner to have it follow the contours of the gate itself. or does your design remove the whole raised part of the tail gate?

Franklin, this picture is for the 80 series.
Here is how the FJ60 fit and look, it has a raised portion so the new lid will sit on it and slightly smaller all around so it will look much better, no aluminum overhanging or gaps.

To throw a cat amongst the pigeons. Would you sell a copy of the plans and a hardware kit to those of us in Australia? Just the price of the unit and then the cost of shipping wouldnt make it viable for us
