I'll have my 8/80 (FJ60) rear brake kit ready for sale in a few weeks Tone. Parts are in production and I actually just took a few orders for them.
Sweet! Got a link to a thread or on your site? I've already got a rear disc conversion. About to grab some new monte Carlo calipers because one of mine is already crapping out after a year or so. So really I just a park brake solution, BUT if there's a Toyota rear disc option (without me investing in the R&D) maybe worthwhile to switch.

Minimum rim size for these?
15”
This is a stock 1974 rim

Not yet.
My opinion is the later drum setup is the better option. All Toyota, all new, plenty of stopping power, and the best E-brake possible.

The other option that would be a lot cheaper then my kit and even better if you’re wheeling it would be a whole FJ60 rear axle. Then you’d get the best parking brake and more width

gotcha. looks like ill be sticking with my current wheel chock solution and hopeful to find time to sort out the tcase ebrake lol, at least for the foreseeable future. Too many other cruiser projects to invest too far into it right now.
