FJ40 Rear Bumper Repair

My 1977 FJ40 has a slight bend in the right rear corner. Do you think this can be straightened out? If so, what would be the best way to go about it? The frame is completely stripped at this point.

Rosebud on a torch and a BFH - or take it to an old school welding shop and have them do it . Those kind of guys deal with bent iron all day and have the tools/skills to do it right .

I'd make an attempt at that with no heat.

It probably wouldn't hurt to have a clamped chunk of steel pulling on the affected areas while you're beating, unheated first, then heated if need be. The tension while beating will help straighten out the crimped areas.
