Replacing my oil pan gasket and rear main seal. How does this bearing look?
also should I use fipg on the cap when reinstalling it?

That bearing wear looks odd to me. I am no expert on bearings though. Does it look like there is more wear in the center (bottom) section? If so, it might make me wonder if that was the correct size bearing for that crankshaft? what year engine?

That looks perfect for 100k miles. Reinstall that and don't touch the rest of them :)
Yes, per the FSM you do need a sealant between the front and rear main caps and the block.
