My guess the truck is a Hilux. Cab is definitely not 45/47. Doesn't look like it's 70 series. Not sure when the Stout ended but in the US the Stout only had two lens colors in the tail light. Tailgate does not have a oval stamped for the 4X4 emblem. Rear diff is centered not offset. No exposed hinges on the tailgate.
