Is it still possible to get an air conditioner that doesn't require the removal of the factory heater? It looks like CCOT and Red Line both quit making theirs.

No shortage of the a/c evaporator blowers that are the same size as the factory Toyota one on eBay. But as for a turnkey solution, nothing I'm aware of. You'll need to put your own setup together.

What about a the duct between heatee and blower along with evaporator and controls from your part of the world? Can deal with under the hood but would like OEM appearance inside the cab. Link to blower/evaporator on eBay? The duct is the hard part. All our cruisers from 66 on have a heater.

Duct is hard, but I’ve seen the L200 ducts come up from time to time. You can’t see the duct with a/c installed so there’s room to modify or change as needed.

One example, but no recommendndation for or against. It all goes to how much time, skill, and money you have I would think. :)

Hence why I went with old air products. Mounts in stock heater location but certainly does not retain the heater.
