LED tail lamp ready

The Lamp unit prototype is ready.

I applied 5mm Cylindrical Dome for Turn sign and Brake, 5mm Standard Super Bright for back up. The prototype was tested using DC-Adapter to show the pattern radiation as shown in the following pictures. All LED's are on.
The Cylindrical LED create an horizontal elliptical pattern (Yellow Red)
The Standard Super Bright create a circular pattern (White)

The progress will slow down due the insufficient fund. :bang:
But I hear a rumor that my sister will support a few dollars more.
This is the picture of installed LED lamp, tonight we will test the luminosity.
A new muffler is ready, waiting for the mounting units. See more

We modify the seats cushion, replace the original with rubber web. Put new black custom seat cover and door trim. See more

I also plan a pair of cheap 5 in full range speaker, a cheap TDA IC power amplifier and cheap MP3 player with 4G memory.

Very nice work! I love the military look of your cruiser. You should be proud!

Impressive work on the LED lights. (and on the whole truck...)

You planning on selling those as a kit? How water proof can you make the housing?

Edit: Never mind, I found the web site of the folks that designed these: http://x5model.blogspot.com

If the plastic for the lens is tough enough to not scratch, or fade in the sun, these could sell well if the price is right....

I really like your project, especially the original seats and interior. If you have a car for sale for me to start emptying my wallet? Thanks beforehand.

Great job, the finished product looks real good! The LED tail lights are neat and i don't mind that colour actually. :)

Congrats on a very nice rebuild !

Nice work!

Thanks to all.
It is a kind of dilemma, while many people try to return to the original one. I just make it different to the taste and my needs.

Now this car looks more slim and agile. I still remember the first car is the most visible among the other vehicle, there are many new cars are much bigger.

This car becomes a concern of people in the streets, they like the undercarriage is like new, because high so easily visible. Maybe is a good idea to tidy up and expose the details with the new bolts or coating to look like new.

Thanks again,
andhika

Nice I like it
