That looks great. I would love to see the mount. Do you think it could be placed even higher. My 6'4" frame could use a higher rest. I have to do the lo-rider lean to use the stock one. Is it pretty sturdy?

Pics will be up tomorrow. You can technically mount up higher, I just wanted to be leveled with the stock center to have one large arm rest.

It's odd that the tan is like 3 times the cost. I was just about the buy one then realized the cost difference. I need the tan for my LX. Looks like I will need to find a different vendor with the Tan price matched with the gray.

The grey one is in the UK and price listed is in pounds, and shipping is $44. Total cost, $69.

Here is a different angle and the mounting bracket to the center console.
Used whatever leftover screws I had laying around in my glovebox. Very impatient. Also got my cup holder installed, purchased from Akella.

Yes, the way I have it mounted with 4 screws is pretty sturdy. However I intend to make a metal bracket and get rid of the universal ABS plastic ones when I ever brake them.

I wonder if using the bracket extensions shown below would get it higher and give a bit more support to the other side if it reaches the floor. Because I can see leaning on it, maybe while reaching to the glove box, and doing some damage to the bracket.
