A great trip from beginning to end. Thanks for setting it up Ssddletramp!

Hopefully Redmuttonchops can post up the pictures of the elusive Javelina he and Heidi ran across. None of the javelina hunters that were out there seemed to be finding any.

Yes was a great trip for my first CSC outing Heidi and I had a great time. I think we need to do more trail/ camping trips

Are you able to drive all the way to the wash directly below the ruins?

Are you able to drive all the way to the wash directly below the ruins?

No, there is about a 100 yard walk and is pretty close to the road. Much closer than the other ruins in the area which are very challenging to hike to in both difficulty and length of trail.

The only drawback to being easier to access (As you can see in one of the pictures) are the idots who carved their names in one of the 2nd floor support beams in the main room.

It seems the harder and farther the hike to reach things like this helps weed out the unappreciative yahoos.

The ruins were a nice side adventure that was the icing on top of the 2nd CSC run.

What can anyone say, great people and a fantastic time. I really enjoyed myself this trip and the cliff dwellings were the topping on the strawberry shortcake.

So who is up in March? I heard a few people comment.

I had a great time. I'm looking forward to the next trip. I have to say that I really like the camping and wheeling combo. When can we schedule the next overnighter?
