I guess we'll have to start a new boggled mind thread soon.

I made it through under my own power the whole way last year and I'm ready to do it again!
no doubt, you'll make it...just how much steel will be left is the issue. Bring some Charcuterie and that Colorado beer so I can stuff my pie hole and I wont give you any lip.

What variety are you looking for

LOL. As I recall, Johnny did a pretty credible job last year, and this year the pressure is all on @justintpryor. But I agree, the Rubicon rewards more lift. @PabloVTA needs the extra lift to hold up the charcuterie, the california king, the 16 cases of microbrew, and the commercial kitchen.

No matter how well I do, I'm sure @JohnnyOshow22 will remind me how he did it on 33s.....lol. Then I will punch him :slap:

a warm, shaken up Dale's Pale Ale always hits the spot. I have a new Koozie for it so the spray wont hurt this time.

Captivating read, I had to drag myself away from the computer several times today. I NEED to do a similar trip ASAP.

Is there a build thread for Steve1's bulldozer? I love me a good diesel swap.

The next story teller sucks.

So.... Seeing everywhere we went from 35k feet is pretty cool:

So you flew back out for Rubithon...didn't want to make two cross country trips in a month?

I hope to do a trip like this one day! It looked amazing and the write up was second to none!

I would love to know more about the Carerpillar powered 60!
I tried searching

Steve's 60 was converted by Georg @orangefj45 at Valley Hybrids / Cruiser Brothers. It is running a turbo'd 1HZ, H55F and a split case with 4:1 low range gears...a very sweet setup. Georg did some magic with the turbo and exhaust note...drool worthy.

Haha!
Yeah Steve's 60 is sweet. We've done a lot of work on that cruiser .....
Georg @ Valley Hybrids & Cruiser Brothers

And now he wants a spring over, so it's coming back to Stockton!
