I believe that the adjuster bracket is still available from the dealer. Around $10.

I have another bracket. No adjuster arm $30. I thought you needed just one.

Apparently it (16381-60081) has been discontinued now
So if any one has one I’m still in need of one fan belt adjuster bar.
