Alright guys and gals now that the dust has settled from GSMTR it is time to start making space on your calanders with UC events for the remainder of the year before it fills up

July 23-24 Lake weekend with ONSC at Jocassee (thread here: https://forum.ih8mud.com/sc-upstate-cruisers/468448-onsc-trip-lake-jocassee-july-22-24-2011-a.html)

Aug. 12-14 This is the BIG ONE! OTMT 2011 at WindRock OHV park. UC will be providing a plush cabin free of charge for all UC members. Look for a thread soon with the details.

Sept. 9-11 UC's Annual meeting, usual spot, Aunt Sue's. We will attempt to change things next year as the site we had planned on will be complete....

OCT. 7-9 Lowcountry Boil at Santee State Park

Oct. 14-16 Cruiser the Parkway! This is my favorite event of the year; You can't beat the beautiful colors of the BRP. We will be camping at Black Balsam like last year.

Nov. 12 Trollholes Parts Swap

Nov. 5th Monthly Meeting location TBD

Dec. 2-4 End of the year Wheeling

Went to aunt sue's last weekend. Food was great, i would recommend the fried fish sandwich. Almost all of the little shops to the right are closed except the outfitters store.

Who is stoked for Cruise the Parkway it is only a month away, I can't wait to be camped at 6,000 feet surrounded by a sea of mountains let's get a thread rolling on this one!!

Plus it is already fall feeling up here, by then it'll be downright cold. Hopefully the 60 won't destroy the parkway with all the smog that comes out of the tailpipe!!

No issues as long as you don't camp between JP and Todd. Those roof top tents flapped all night long.

I learned my lesson last time no RTT for me this time...... I'll either be sleeping in the 80 or hunkered down low to the ground in my camping tent
