I finally got around to installing the DEPO headlights on my truck. The problem that I'm trying to figure out is that something is draining my battery now. I used a custom harness from Ray over RallyLights and I've emailed him to see if he has any ideas. But in the meantime I thought I'd ask here as well.

I've replaced the battery just to rule that out and I've gone over the instructions again to make sure everything is correct. Any ideas?

How much of a drain? Dead overnight? Just enough that it won't crank just clicks? Any voltage measuring tools available or used to check around yet?

Disconnect the harness and measure battery voltage after and see if it's dropping over time. If it is then you've isolated your problem to the wiring you added in. If there was a relay involved in that harness it could be stuck.

If your still getting a drain the it could just be a coincidence that something else has decided to start acting up.
