Called corporate this morning and left a complaint.
Got the LX back by 9am. Clean as it should be. One little plastic cap is missing from the door trim - they couldn't find it, and will mail me a new one. Service Manager apologized profusely, agreed to pay for an independent inspection (already booked at a local indy) next week, and brought me a cheque for the full $1800 service amount I had paid. Good on them - owning up to mistakes made is not something I see often, and this did lower my boiling-in-rage-blood-pressure a little bit.
AHC went up/down fine in the one cycle I tried. Drove around the block, seems fine. Can't believe how much nicer this LX is than that 2020 NX300 they had given me. I feel like I went from walking barefoot to being shuffled around in a private jet liner... just that much difference between the two vehicles.
Glad you finally got this sorted out. What a frustrating experience. Did they ever say what the final solution was?
I have a tire installation appointment today at 2pm. That refund will pretty much cover the entire tire set.
Looks like the right choice! Finally got 33s mounted. Falken AT3W in 275/60/20. @gaijin - can I bug you for recommend cold pressure on this set?
Photos in low suspension mode.

Unrelated to tires, the passenger side seems to be sitting approximately a half inch higher than the driver's side. I've noticed this before, too. Not sure what the deal is with that. I'll likely level it out with the AHC sensors in the next week or two.
Sure! The RCTIP for those ISO-Metric 275/60R20 SL 115T tires on your LX570 is 30psi F/R.
HTH
Yes, and no.
This is (my understanding) of what took place:
1. Brought in a fully functioning vehicle.
2. AHC fluid was exchanged. I don't know the details of how it was done this (first time), and suspect it was done improperly. They may have gotten contaminants into the tank/pump/lines/etc.
3. They determined my (original) AHC pump was producing some pressure, but not enough pressure to lift the LX. Again, I want to re-iterate that this worked 100% before I brought it in.
4. They installed a new AHC pump, to no avail.
5. They determined that the new AHC pump was defective.
6. They installed another new AHC pump, and everything started working.
So the final solution was installation of a new (working!) AHC pump. But it is not definitively known what happened in step #2 to cause my original AHC pump to fail.
@radman - thank you for the details and ideas.
I'm trying to level out the rear, and have come across very strange behaviours.
When I did the AHC lift, I moved both rear sensors all the way up, and both fronts all the way down. When I got under the truck today, I saw that the rear driver's side was moved all the way down, and the front passenger side was moved, too.
I repositioned all sensors to the "middle" (stock) position, and vehicle height is now all over the place. There is more than a 2" difference in the rear, and more than 1" in the front. Basically the truck is all over the damn place.
I have no idea why they messed with the AHC sensors, not why they removed the seat belt. I've got 9hrs of driving to do tomorrow, including with a trailer I'm about to purchase, and need to get the vehicle level ASAP. Going back to it now.
I wonder if they might have changed settings in Techstream, in addition to repositioning the sensors? This was definitely not "so" before.
Thanks, guys.
I've been fighting the height, trying to get it level, for about the last two hours.
Best I've got is the front being within 1/4" of each other, and still about 1.5" of height difference in the rear.
I tried putting all sensors into their stock position, and ended up with 1" of difference in the front, and 2" of difference in the rear. I tried putting the sensors into the AHC lift position, and also ended up with a huge mess. They clearly changed values in Techstream and did not return them to the originals. I now have no baseline of stock position, and no way to level anything out. My driver's side rear is 1.5" lower than it needs to be, and cannot go higher as it's maxed out on the sensor. I also can't lower the passenger side rear, as it's as low as the sensor will allow.
Going to be sending the dealership another email right now. They mentioned taking the truck to some local guy that used to be their master tech, and is an "LX and AHC genius," who now runs his own shop. No idea who that guy is, but I want him to tackle this round of problems. The dealership's clowns will not touch this vehicle again.
I can help you make sense of the offsets in techstream. Do you have a cable?
