Wow, I am sorry you have to go through this and it is ongoing now for nearly 4 weeks. I can tell from experience Toyota and Lexus of Canada are the most incompetent and infuriating bunch to deal with. I always give multiple chances, but Toyota Canada is one that I never will give to again. All my parts come from USA or Partsouq at this point. Anything that has to do with 100 series or 200 series, Toyota Canada competency is less than dirt. Yeah, its a vehicle that has sold less than 800 for the LX470 and 1500 for the LX570, but its no excuse to have a dealer network that is this incompetent on a flagship Lexus.
Here is just a couple of things of why I think Toyota Canada has the worst dealer network out of all the countries in the entire world:
1.) Last summer 2019, Toyota and Lexus Canada had a nationwide parts shortage. Meaning there was a 6-8 week+ delay on parts if you and I went into the dealership, or if an independent garage/bodyshop needed an OEM part. Even the dealers had to wait 1+ weeks to get in parts for warranty, what did that mean? Consumers had to bear the long wait times of Toyota Canada's massive f*kup. Last summer, I couldn't get any parts from Toyota and there were times where my LX sat on jackstands for at least a week or two while I waited for parts from USA or Partsouq. It would've been 6-10 weeks if I relied on Toyota Canada to get them to me. I have no idea how incredibly messed up Toyota Canada's supply chain could get, even dealers having to wait 1-3 weeks on common parts? How does it even get to the point where bodyshops and garages can't get parts? Buddy of mine had a 4runner that was rear ended, it didn't get returned back to him for 11 weeks from the bodyshop due to Toyota Canada not being able to get parts out.
Toyota, one of the largest car manufacturers in the world, is struggling to keep some of its customers happy following a parts backlog that has some owners waiting months to get their cars repaired.

2.) Canada hasn't sold Land Cruisers for decades now except for the non-VIN mining HZJ79. What does that mean? 100 and 200 series parts availability? Simply fugetaboutit! 9 out of 10 times I need to get something immediately, I am ALWAYS met on the phone after giving the part number with "Our Canadian warehouse doesn't have it, its going to have to come out of California, its going to be 1-3 weeks" or "its backordered in our system, I don't know how long it will take". Its not just one dealership, but I get met with these responses with every Toyota dealership I've called which is at least half a dozen in Ontario. Seemingly simple and small things such as handbrake cranks, hand brake springs, diff seals, CV seals, circlips, all the way up to critical things like CVs, bushings, etc, Toyota Canada won't have the part in their warehouse. Simply put, there isn't any dealer support network in Canada for 100 and 200 LXs. I get all my parts from Partsouq these days.
3.) Lexus techs are something else. Not a place I will ever bring a car again. These techs mostly see Canadian built Lexuses such as the RX and ES that are commuter vehicles. There are very small numbers of flagship Lexs sold in Canada like the LX and LS, so techs are straight up unfamiliar with them, which is why your LX has all these issues after you brought it in for an AHC flush. The last time I brought my LX in for an alignment to a Lexus dealership was last year, not only did I have an additional 15km on my odo, but my undercarriage had mudsplashes and bits of grass stuck underneath the frame rail that definetly wasn't there before, they did give their free car wash though.
Quite upsetting that you and I share a common sentiment towards Toyota/Lexus of Canada.
