I found them. they are black. I didn't see the mounting flange. they can easily be painted.

Those cross slotted screws were not invented in the early sixties.

I have a feeling these have been updated/ modified.

But they came off my old 73, and the PO said they were from an earlier model which he preferred.

That hardware doesn’t look OEM, either. I’m not sure that’s an OEM mirror.

The only part of those mirrors that looks OEM are the upper arms, and I’m not convinced about those. The lower arms and mirror heads are definitely not OE.

They may not be original, but they do look nicely period. Shoot, I'm tempted even though I've got a pair of period-style rectangular mirrors for my '64.

Well... With the new info presented, I suppose Ill sell these for 80 bucks for the pair. Sold as replicas....
