Well this project took two days to complete. I needed about 36 square yards of the dynamat to complete the project. Covered the complete floor plan. The cost of the dynamat was $200.00.

Where did you get 36 square yards for $200?

A torch and careful bending and your original front heater should fit. I've had to reshape a couple of gear shift shafts and it is very easy.
